Michael Andrew is a wellness writer, speaker and coach. He is passionate about helping people improve their mental health, clear old patterns of trauma and discover their purpose so they can thrive in their lives.

Michael has created an interview series where he asks leaders from a variety of different backgrounds how they use powerful tools in their lives as seen through the lense of mental health and trauma recovery.

Michael believes there are 6 key pillars to maintain a healthy and balanced level of mental health. These being purpose, gut health, proper sleep, silent reflection, community and connection and play and movement. Whether you have suffered from mental health issues, are currently suffering or don’t believe you suffer at all, these pillars can help take your life to the next level.
